Summer Festival 2025 at Heroes this week!

The weather was a perfect summer day, and everyone came to school dressed for the occasion.

The colorful yukata and jinbe were such a delight to see, and the kids were eager to start the fun right away.

As per tradition, we first choose which cool and fun mask to wear, and we were truly spoiled for choices, between Disney princesses, heroes, and game characters.

Next, the kids were divided between the different stations and played to their heart’s content. 

Mini golf was one of the highlights, and even the younger kids were trying their best to handle the long golf club. Some of them were so good at it!

Others tried to play “throw in the cup”, and we were truly impressed by how good their aim was. 

Outside, we set up a shooting pin station, and the kids challenged themselves to take down all the evil ghost pins! 

Lastly, the kids went fishing for yo-yos and glittering toys in the water. Such good handling of those tiny tools!

After so much playing, it was time for some food shopping: the menu included “paper” takoyaki, “pool-noodle” fries, and handmade “wool” yakisoba! They were a hit.

To conclude, a refreshing shaved ice was just the best finale for such a lovely, fun-filled day!
