October at Heroes International School is all about Halloween! To kick off this month’s spooky theme, we reviewed some fun Halloween vocabulary with our classes. The students loved learning words like “witch,” “ghost,” and “pumpkin,” getting everyone in the Halloween spirit.

To make things even more exciting, we played a special version of Halloween Bingo! Instead of the traditional bingo, we used a bingo sheet filled with fun statements like “someone who loves horror movies” or “someone who has dressed as a monster before.” Each student pulled a number from a basket (but only after saying “trick or treat!”), and the numbers corresponded to the statements on the sheet.

The real fun came when we went around the room, searching for classmates who matched the statement. Once someone found a match, that student would write their name in the bingo box. It was a fantastic way to get everyone involved, learn more about each other, and practice English in a playful and interactive way!

Our Halloween Bingo was a huge success, filled with laughter, learning, and spooky fun! We can’t wait to dive deeper into more Halloween-themed activities this month!
