This Friday was yet another happy celebration at our school, as one of our youngest students turned three!
We threw her a Birthday party to remember, complete with a giant cake which we drew on the whiteboard and asked the students to decorate. It turned out so nice! It was truly heartwarming to have everybody participate in creating a gift together and showing it to her afterwards.
After, it was time for the real gift, and a very loud Happy Birthday song. Some of the students asked her some questions, and we learned that her favorite ice cream flavor is chocolate!
The birthday snack was a “Self-scoop” ice cream sundae, topped with cute animal biscuits and colorful sprinkles. We had the student try to scoop their own giant vanilla ice cream ball, showing them how to drop it in the bowl, and they had a blast.
With full tummies, we concluded the party with an adrenaline-filled tunnel play time, letting the students run freely inside the colorful tunnels. Happy, Happy Birthday!
