The hottest day of Summer was the perfect time for a refreshing Watermelon Smash!
But wait a minute… something looked strange: this was a pinata watermelon! What could be hidden inside? We couldn’t wait to find out.
We loved seeing the kids trying their best to hit our “homemade” ripe fruit with the bat while blindfolded! Surely it was no easy feat, and everybody cheered them on.

Even the little ones tried it, and they surprised us with their swings! That watermelon was nearly as big as them!

Yet, this was a most persistent watermelon, and smashing it proved harder than we thought, but knowing that with lots of effort come good results, we kept going… and going at it!

And finally, BAM! It started to rain red, pink, green, and even watermelon slices and candies! Everybody rushed to collect them all, in a frenzy of hands and excited screams.

It was indeed hard work, so we all deserved a treat, and what better than refreshing, sweet, juicy watermelon? This time it was the real deal and the perfect way to end this fun day!
